Infringement Claims

To file a DMCA notice, please provide the following information to our designated agent:

• Physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
• Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and where it is located
• Your contact information (address, phone number, and email)
• A statement of good faith belief that the use is not authorized
• A statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate

Counter-Notification

If you believe content was removed erroneously, you may file a counter-notification providing:

• Your contact information
• Identification of the material that was removed and its original location
• A statement under penalty of perjury of your good faith belief that the material was removed by mistake
• Your consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court

Repeat Infringers

We take intellectual property rights seriously and will terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers of our policies.
